Allison joined Wesley in December 2023 after serving as Executive and Client Support Specialist at the United Methodist Foundation of Western North Carolina. Mission motivated and adaptive to challenges, she thrives on collaborating with teams to achieve goals while providing support and organization to ensure seamless operations. Profoundly sculpted by her experiences in religious, educational, and civic non-profit organizations, she values serving others, through prayerful work and stewardship.

She is an active member at Davidson College Presbyterian Church and has been dedicated to serving youth sports and initiatives through Lake Norman youth sailing, JROTC, and Charlotte Youth Rowing. Allison holds a BS in Economics and MAT in Education from Oglethorpe and Brenau Universities in Georgia.
