CHAD L. BRANNAN

Chad began at Wesley in March 2022. However, Wesley has worked with Chad on various projects including the construction of the Western North Carolina Conference Center in Huntersville, NC; Rocky Mount United Methodist Church in Mooresville, NC; Harrisburg United Methodist Church in Harrisburg, NC; and The Foundation for Evangelism office renovations in Lake Junaluska, NC. Chad has more than twenty years’ experience in the construction industry working on projects including retail, medical, schools, hotels, churches, office space, and automotive projects. He has a gift for coordination, documentation, and detail as he leads oversight and management of construction projects. His demonstrated accomplishments to produce accurate budgets, schedules, and meet stringent building guidelines make Chad a valuable member of the Wesley team.

Chad’s certifications include LEED Accredited Professional, OSHA 30-Hour Certified, and Construction of Quality Management for Contractors from the US Army Corp of Engineers. He holds the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He resides in Charlotte with is wife of twenty-five years and they are parents of two sons—one in high school and one in college.
