Christina C. Metheney
Christina has spent the last 20 years working in a variety of real estate specialties including residential home sales, multi-family, mixed use, and commercial property management.
Christina began her real estate career in 2003 as a licensed salesperson in the State of Hawaii and primarily sold investment property in Lahaina, HI. After relocating back to her hometown of Baltimore, MD, she began managing Class A multifamily property with the Bozzuto Group and later moved into commercial property management in the Washington DC area with CB Richard Ellis. She held a real estate salesperson license in Virginia through 2011.
In 2013, Christina and her family moved to Charlotte, NC where she managed a privately held portfolio of residential real estate and became active in the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Housing Collaborative, Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center, and the Board of Trustees of her church, Myers Park United Methodist Church.
Christina holds a BA in Geography from the University of Mary Washington and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. In her free time, Christina enjoys chasing after her four active young boys and the family labradoodle.
