Originally from Central California, Jacob now lives in Richmond, Virginia. After earning his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the College of the Sequoias, he worked in both real estate and marketing. Through these roles, he gained valuable experience in communication, client interaction, and practical problem-solving.

Outside of work, Jacob spends most of his time with his family and enjoys taking on home improvement projects, especially when it benefits the people around him. If it’s a Sunday in the fall, there’s a good chance you’ll find him at home, rooting for the Minnesota Vikings.

Beginning in August 2025 as the part-time inspector, Jacob performs onsite inspections of our brokerage properties, leased properties, and cemetery properties. Jacob is also tasked with timely and accurate completion of online inspection reports as well as photo documentation of inspections and various property contents for inventory purposes. In addition, he works in project management. This position is a vital component of our contractual relationship with our clients and our ability to maintain quality service to them.
