The former Hodgin Mem UMC closed its doors in June of 2022. The neighboring parsonage is being subdivided away and will sold separately from the church building. An access easement is begin drafted to allow access to the parsonage’s parking area via the church driveway. The map for the subdivision and the easement is an attachment to this listing. The church property will include 1.895 acres once municipal approval of the plat is obtained. The building contains a medium sized sanctuary with classrooms/offices, and bathrooms. Downstairs is a large fellowship/dining area off a residential style kitchen. The church had a new roof installed by the congregation in recent years as well as a new ceiling in the sanctuary.
