Lorence is a skilled GIS professional with a Master of Arts in Geography from the State University of New York at Binghamton, specializing in the technical and analytical aspects of Geographic Information Systems. She is from Puerto Rico and moved to the Charlotte area in 2021. Lorence has worked as an ArcGIS Online Support Analyst at the Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri), where she provided expert technical support for Esri’s suite of GIS products, with a focus on ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise workflows.

She holds two certifications, the ArcGIS Pro Foundation (2023) and ArcGIS Online Administration Associate (2024), which reflect her ongoing commitment to professional development in GIS technology. In addition to her technical expertise, Lorence is committed to fostering a culture of learning by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned from her experience.

In her free time, Lorence enjoys working out and is preparing herself for a triathlon as the next goal. She also enjoys taking care of her plants, visiting new restaurants, and spending time with family.
