MACK H. KING, IV

Mack leads the team’s Real Estate Services Division as the Senior Director of Real Estate Services. As a licensed broker, Mack works to assure Wesley clients are well protected in all real estate negotiations whether buying, selling, leasing, partnerships, or joint venture endeavors. After cutting his teeth on the healthy residential and commercial markets around the Charlotte Metro region, making the shift to Wesley in February 2019 was a natural fit. Currently, Mack is a major player in church-owned real estate representation across all of North Carolina with a growing list of properties sold or leased in multiple markets across the state. Mack has expanded his responsibilities into property management, affordable housing, project management, geographical analysis, market analysis, and project planning. He regularly works to identify available land and buildings, including but not exclusive to church-owned properties, to determine suitability for redevelopment projects. He evaluates property to see how it meets the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) site scoring criteria for LIHTC properties. Mack also evaluates zoning and land use requirements to determine what development options are available to clients.

Hailing from Mooresville, Mack is a graduate of UNC-Greensboro with a BA in Geography. He married the preacher’s daughter, Sarah in 2014 and they now live in Rowan County, NC. Together, they have three adorable and energetic children that constantly keep them on their toes; Bellagrace (5), Mack the V, M.H. (4), and Cooper (<1 yr.). Their beloved dogs, Jaxon and Dixie, round out the rest of the family. They are proud members of First United Methodist Church in China Grove, NC.
